Welcome to Fabulously Organized
Hi! Welcome to 2017 and the launch of Fabulously Organized. I’m Becky, I formally blogged at Welcome to My Life, Part 2 . Find out what Fabulously Organized is all about!
As I said, last year I blogged at Welcome to My Life, Part 2. I changed my niche there, from life with bipolar disorder, to home/family organization. The problem was, the new niche never really fit with the name, and because it wasn’t a great fit, I found it hard to stay motivated to blog. I was working too hard to gain an audience. Nobody knew what Welcome to My Life, Part 2 could do for them.
I was gifted a Happy Planner for Christmas and instantly fell in love with it. So much so, I went out and bought a second one two days later. I knew then that if I was going to get back into blogging I needed a fresh start, with a clear and obvious focus. Fabulously Organized was born. So what will Fabulously Organized be about?
Organization and Cleaning
Benjamin Franklin is credited with saying
“For every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned “
If you can spend 5 minutes organizing something, and therefore eliminating that chore from your daily/weekly schedule, isn’t that 5 minutes well spent? We’re going to talk about organization and cleaning tips that will cut down the time you spend cleaning and stressing over things.
Sam says I have this uncanny knack for finding life hacks that makes our life easier and keeps our house organized. I think I would just rather watch Scandal with a glass of wine than stress about something that isn’t done. Once a month I’m going to share with you some of the things I do to make my life less stressful and makes more time for wine.
Planner and Printables
I mentioned I got a Happy Planner for Christmas. Shortly after I discovered the world of planner printables, stickers, accessories. There is so many things you can do with you planner, so many ways you can use it to organize your life and keep you on schedule. I’ll be sharing the printables I use in my planners, along with stickers, and other things I use to decorate my planner. Look for Free Printable Fridays this year.
Meal Plans and Recipes
I love to eat but I don’t always love to spend hours in the kitchen cooking. I will be sharing my meal plans and the recipes I use to make delicious food without spending hours in the kitchen.
Money Saving Tips
With a little bit of planning and organization, it’s easy to pay off debt and save money. I’ll share the ways I will be managing our finances and saving money this year.
