November is the month of gratitude, thanks to Thanksgiving.  Today’s Free Printable is 30 Days of Gratitude.  A place for you write what you are thankful.

30 Days of Gratitude Printable. Practicing gratitude can change your focus in life. This free printable is a great way to start practicing gratitude every day.

Every November, I start two projects, the 30 Days of Gratitude and Photo-a-Day. For the months of November, and December I do pretty good at keeping up with both. By January I get busy with back to school, and returning to our normal routine, and I lose momentum.  This year I am hoping that this printable will help me continue to practice gratitude through the next year.

Practicing Gratitude

Practicing gratitude can change the way you look at your life.  When you practice daily, you start to focus on what you have, and not so much on what you don’t have.  It changes our focus from one of lack, to one of abundance.  This shift in focus leads to a shift in attitude.  Being grateful for what we already have, lessens the need to “keep up with the Joneses”.  Therefore being grateful increases self-esteem and happiness.

How to start practicing gratitude

The easiest way to start practicing gratitude, is simply to write down one or two things you are thankful for every day.  You can do this with your morning coffee, and start your day off with a grateful mindset.  Or before you go to bed every night taking a few minutes to write down things to be thankful for.  That guarantees you will end your day on a positive note.  Get into a routine of being thankful every day and see how your focus and attitude over all changes.

To help you get started practicing gratitude, I’ve made a 30 Days of Gratitude printable.  There are several ways you can use this printable.

As is You can print this gratitude tracker off and use it as it is, on a 8.5×11 sheet o paper.

In your planner You can print this at 84% and put it in your planner.

As stickers You can also cut each frame out and use them individually as stickers in your planner. They are sized to fit in either The Happy Planner, or the Erin Condren/Recollections planners.
