Free Printable Friday: Habit Tracker
The new year is just over two weeks away, people are starting to think about their New Year’s Resolutions. A great way to track your resolution progress is with this printable habit tracker.
Christmas is just ten days from today. Can I just say that even though the first eleven months of 2017 seemed to go by in a flash, December has decided to take its sweet time? And I’m perfectly ok with that, considering I am not done Christmas shopping yet.
Even though 2018 is still seventeen days away, I am already starting to set up my planners. There are so many things you can include in your planner, and tracking new habits is one of them. I have never included a monthly habit tracker. I have always added stickers to my weekly spreads. I thought I would try something new this year.
Things You Can Record in a Habit Tracker
The list of things you can include is practically endless.
Personal Habit Tracker
Some personal habits you can track include
- Went to bed on time
- Met step goal
- Got eight hours sleep
- Practice gratitude
- Drank 8 glasses of
- Your period
- Me time
Family Habit Tracker
You are not limited to tracking only your habits. You can keep track of family habits as well. Those might include the following:
- Kids good behavior
- Ordered out
- Worked out-of-town or worked late
- Took medication
- Completed chores
- Completed homework
- Successful No Spend
There are endless possible uses for a habit tracker. I especially like tracking No Spend Days. Between you and me, I need to have more No Spend Days in the coming year. Another favorite of mine is keeping track of kids’ medication. That is always so easy to forget and keeping it in a habit tracker makes it so much easier to remember.
